I've passed by the Moyston General Store many times and always found the billowing flags and outdoor setting appealing. But I'm on a mission to get to Halls Gap so haven't stopped. Today I stopped and so glad I did. Although I was only after a coffee, it was nice to see the indoors and actually walk out onto the deck and see the view from the other side. What a gorgeous place to sit with a cuppa or have a meal. The view is nice and a lovely feeling of serenity. The menu looks great with something for everyone, including items you wouldn't see in a mainstream trendy Melbourne cafe. Liked the local artwork and handicrafts on display plus the bags of local produce for sale. Staff were lovely and friendly. Map at the side of the cafe gives you some idea of where you are in the district and to The Grampians. Plenty of takeaway food, drinks, snacks etc. available as well. This is definitely a good spot to stop and well worth making it a 'go to' place on your way to and from Halls Gap. Notes: wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Good parking at the side of the cafe.

The perfect little stop on our way back home to Melbourne after a few days in the Grampians. Such a warm friendly welcome by staff and a great little deck out the front to wait for our coffees and bagels. Coffee was great and the bagels were the light breakfast the doctor ordered.

Had an amazing Persian lunch, beautiful food presentation! Menu has a great mix of Australian & Persian food. The view sitting on the deck was gorgeous and relaxing! Particularly liked the artworks showcased from artists in the region, and locally produced goodies! Fantastic coffee too!!

What a lovely spot to stop on a journey! The owner (who is selling up currently) is absolutely lovely and her staff are equally so. The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. You can also find some general store items as well as local craft items. I imagine buying this spot would be a fantastic opportunity, with hopefully equally lovely new owners.

Just had great coffees and took away some beautiful bread and slices . Service was really friendly,we had our dog with us and sat to the side so as not to disturb anyone waitress brought our coffees and had a quick pet of the pup ! They were really friendly advising that they got a busy spell and were just restocking items for the counter. Great place to pop in and stock up on goodies .

We have been to so many cafes for breakfast, lunches and brunches, but this is the only one that do not serve your usual cafe fare of eggs sausages and sourdough. Instead they create innovative local produce inspired food like turkish rolls, veggie burgers and omelettes that taste really good. A must visit when you are around the area. It was soooo good that we kept going back for three days in a row! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming
